That’s exactly what Starbucks is attempting. It seems to be just another piece in their “back to our roots” campaign(http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/23731130/). It’s kind of like the changes Walmart made to its store layout/design when they decided to make a shift last year. I guess the fastest way to spark change in people’s minds about your brand is to change the look of it.
